  • Business Center

The TMBC Business Center at the Lincoln Resource Center is a public space designed to empower businesses in our community. We understand the barriers to accessing office space in the community. In response, we provide access to a shared business space where small businesses and nonprofits can work on projects, host meetings, and network with others to enact collective action. If you are interested, please get in touch with us!

  • Business Incubator Program

The TMBC Business Incubator program at the Lincoln Resource Center is a program we’ve designed to help develop new businesses and nonprofits in our community. We have tenant spaces dedicated to these businesses to help accelerate their growth and development. If you are interested, please contact us about space availability!

  • Community Board Room

The TMBC Community Board Room at the Lincoln Resource Center is a public space designed to help empower members of our community. In response, we provide access to a shared community space for people to work on projects, host meetings, and network with others to enact collective action. If you are interested, don't hesitate to get in touch with us!

  • Nonprofit Co-Work Space (Coming Soon!)

The TMBC Nonprofit Co-Work Space at the Lincoln Resource Center is a space and program designed to help empower nonprofits in our community. • The TMBC Library

The TMBC Library is a space and resource for our community to access during business hours (between 8 AM - 8 PM). Through our “Cops N’ Kids” partnership with the Davenport Police Department, our library space allows families to access free books and read together in a peaceful environment. When we say free books, we mean it! Families are allowed to take books home for free to encourage childhood literacy. If you have any questions about the library, please contact us!

  • We Reach We Teach

The TMBC We Reach We Teach program at the Lincoln Resource Center is designed to educate and empower community youth ages 18-21. Our youth cohort works with local professional referees to get certified and find profitable employment opportunities regionally. Youth in our community, ages 18-21, are vulnerable to high levels of violence and poverty. In addition, there is a national referee shortage. This program addresses both of these issues. If you are interested, please contact us!

  • Born Learning Academy

The Born Learning Academy is a program provided by the Quad Cities United Way that provides community members with the education and empowerment needed to become their child’s first teacher. The Lincoln Resource Center is one of the site locations for this 6-week program. If you have any questions about the program, please contact us!
